continued progress.

this weekend, a bit more progress was made in the kitchen thanks to my dear husband and father-in-law.  and my vision is finally coming together.

all of the doors are now back on the cabinets.  and i'm now getting used to actually having to open doors to get things out or put them away.  tile also went up on the backsplash and it's now awaiting grout.  the tile really sets off the countertops that were installed months ago.

amazing what a difference just a bit of tile makes in a small space.

still on the never ending to-do list :

• put hardware on remaining cabinets and drawers.
• grout tile.
• paint accent wall.
• replace window shade.
• switch out switch plates to stainless steel.
• put bumpers on inside of cabinet doors.
• touch up paint on cabinets.

and i'm sure there's more, but that's just off the top of my head.

LOVE! We are sisters separated at birth for sure now. We love so many of the same things!?!?!? It never ceases to amaze me how we are living semi-parallel lives (minus that part about your great height and doctor, ahem brain surgeon husband). :) It's perfection, I expected no less and you did not disappoint! Many fun projects happening at your house this year!
